Rolle Gardens - Construction Snapshot: August 2025

Steady progress continues across Rolle Gardens, with works advancing both within the apartments and across the wider site. Internal finishes are moving forward, external detailing is underway, and customer care items are being closed out, ensuring momentum remains strong as the scheme heads towards completion.

Homes taking shape inside

Within the apartments, decoration is complete in Flat 4, carpentry has finished in Flat 3, and kitchens and second fix works are progressing in Flats 1 and 2. The potting shed is also moving forward, with carpentry nearing completion and final preparation for decoration now underway. Across Eldin House, new radiators and boilers are being installed, while drainage and service connections are advancing.

The Potting Shed conservatory has now been fitted.

Site works: External detailing and finishing touches

Externally, conservatory glazing has been fitted -as seen in the photo above-, stone walling beside the apartments is being completed, and drainage works continue to Eldin House and the potting shed. Additional parking bays are being prepared, enhancing the layout and accessibility of the development. With decoration, fire stopping, and landscaping scheduled in the coming weeks, Rolle Gardens is steadily moving toward its finished look and feel.

Flat one has now been plastered and awaiting its mist coat.
